Marmara Group Foundation Secretary General Sezgin Bilgiç and Executive Council member Mahmut Saklı, who were in the People's Republic of China for the CPAFFC (Chinese People's Friendship Association with Foreign Countries) meetings, held talks about the work of the Marmara Group Foundation at the meeting held in the Shanxi region. Sezgin Bilgiç and Mahmut Saklı, who also had a meeting with Xu Xinrong, President of Shanxi region of People's Republic of China, presented information about the activities of Marmara Group Foundation.

At the meeting, Sezgin Bilgiç addressed the General Assembly and brought up the important issue of the "Belt and Road" initiative, which took place in the Eurasian Economic Summits.
