Dr. Akkan Suver was presented with a carpet from Azerbaijan
Elnare Rasulova, the Azerbaijani representative of the Khar Bulbul Cultural Association and a member of the Creative Center of Azerbaijan, who is actively engaged in the international promotion of Azerbaijani carpet art and the Karabakh cultural heritage, presented a rare carpet to Dr. Akkan Suver.
