On the occasion of Russia Day, the National Day of the Russian Federation, Hon. Alexander Kalachev, Consul General of the Russian Federation in Istanbul, hosted an official reception at the Russian Consulate General in Istanbul. The reception, attended by heads of foreign missions and local officials, also included Dr. Akkan Suver, President of the Marmara Group Foundation,Mr. Cafer Okray, Vice President, and Mr. Mahmut Saklı, a member of the Executive Council.
