Dr. Akkan Suver, President of the Marmara Group Foundation and Honorary Consul of Montenegro, together with Branislav Karadzic, Consul General of Montenegro in Istanbul, paid a courtesy visit to Prof. Dr. Asaf Hacıyev, Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC).

During the visit, Prof. Dr. Asaf Hacıyev delivered a briefing on the activities of PABSEC.
