On the occasion of the 30th August Victory Day, Istanbul Governor Hon. Mr. Davut Gül hosted a reception at Sepetçiler Kasrı in Istanbul. Along with General Bahtiyar Ersay, Commander of the First Army, and Hon. Mr. Nuri Aslan, Deputy Mayor of Istanbul, he welcomed the guests at the event.
