On the occasion of the General Assembly meetings of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization, Dr. Akkan Suver, President of the Marmara Group Foundation, and Sezgin Bilgiç, Secretary General, along with his wife Işıl Bilgiç, who were in Azerbaijan, visited Karabakh together with Turkish and guest Members of Parliament aboard a private plane provided by the Azerbaijani government.

 

After landing at Fuzuli Airport, they traveled through newly constructed modern highways and tunnels to tour the city of Shusha.
