The Press Council’s “Press Freedom Ceremony” was held at the Pera Museum in Istanbul. Journalists, including veteran journalist Oktay Ekşi, attended the award ceremony organized by Press Council President Pınar Türenç.

Elif Arıkan Can, Member of the Executive Council of the Marmara Group Foundation, and Müjgan Suver, President of the EU and Human Rights Platform of the Marmara Group Foundation, were also present at the ceremony.
