Prof. Dr. Akkan Suver was re-elected President of the Marmara Group Foundation
At the Ordinary General Assembly of the Marmara Group Foundation held at the Büyük Club in Istanbul, Dr. Akkan Suver was re-elected as the General President.
The General Assembly was opened by Sezgin Bilgiç, Secretary General of Marmara Group Foundation and the Council of the General Assembly consisted of Ertuğrul Kumcuoğlu, Yüksel Çengel, Av. Turan Hançerli, Prof. Dr. Nedret Kuran, Engin Köklüçınar and Turan Sarıgülle.
After Dr. Akkan Suver's reading of the activity report and Gökhan Humbaracı and Muhammet Akyol's presentation of the audit report and next year's budget, elections were held.
The new board was composed of Dr. Akkan Suver, Cafer Okray, Lale Aytanç Nalbant, Sezgin Bilgiç, Av. Serhat Tabanca, Ümran Köksüz, Oğuzhan Ceylan, Mahmut Saklı, Rahmi Dilek.
The Audit Board consisted of Engin Köklüçınar and Göksel Bilgiç.
Prof. Dr. Özgür Çengel was elected as the Marmara Group Foundation Academic Council President.
Speaking at the General Assembly, Istanbul Deputy Şamil Ayrım talked about the successful works of Marmara Group Foundation.
Yüksel Çengel, who also took the floor, brought up the services provided by the Marmara Group Foundation. Oğuzhan Ceylan, who also took the floor, made a speech stating that he cares about the work of Marmara Group Foundation.
In the General Assembly, the high appreciation given to the efforts to rejuvenate the Marmara Group Foundation was also brought to the agenda.
