Marmara Group Foundation President Dr. Akkan Suver and Secretary General Sezgin Bilgiç, together with Tamer Atalay, attended the religious ceremony held in Bucharest for the late former President of Romania, Ion Iliescu.

At the ceremony, Dr. Akkan Suver delivered a speech in which he spoke about President Ion Iliescu’s great friendship with Turkey and the Marmara Group Foundation, and extended his condolences.

During the ceremony, the Marmara Group Foundation delegation was accompanied by Romanian Members of Parliament Ionut Vulpescu and Viktor Opakhi.
