The Marmara Group Foundation has lost a great friend—former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs of Montenegro, Jusuf Kalemperović.On this sad occasion, Dr. Akkan Suver, President of the Marmara Group Foundation, issued a message of condolence to the people of Montenegro and to all members of the Marmara Group Foundation: “We have lost my friend Jusuf Kalemperović, one of Montenegro’s distinguished statesmen and politicians.

Jusuf Kalemperović was not only well-known in Montenegro but throughout the entire Balkan region as an honest and respected statesman.

He was also the person who encouraged me to take part in the field of diplomacy.

As a recipient of the Marmara Group Foundation Medal of Honor, Jusuf Kalemperović will never be forgotten.

I share the deep and rightful sorrow of the Kalemperović Family, our Montenegrin brothers and sisters, and the Marmara Group Foundation Family.
