Dr. Akkan Suver and Prof. Dr. Sema Kalaycıoğlu paid a working visit to Şerzad Abdunazarov, the Consul General of Uzbekistan in Istanbul. During the visit; Dr Akkan Suver and Prof. Dr. Sema Kalaycıoğlu, who exchanged views on ‘An event in Uzbek Tekke’, brought up the meaning and importance of the Uzbek Tekke in the Turkish Independence Struggle and emphasised the necessity of keeping the subject alive.
