In the meeting that started with Dr. Akkan Suver’s opening speech, Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Dr. Murat Mercan, Diplomat Ayşe Berriz Ekinci from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Edward Chow and Bülent Alirıza for U.S.A. , Dr. Valeri Nemov from Russia and Sir Micheal Leigh were at present along with distinguished Turkish figures in the field of Energy such as Necdet Pamir, Mehmet Öğütçü, Kenan Yavuz, Pars Kutay and Tahir Uysal.
